Dark red, almost opaque robe. A complex and expressive nose of ripe red fruits (black currant and raspberry) mixed with floral notes (rose bud and violet), as well as mocha and spices. A silky, sleek mouth with fine-grained tannins. The finish is remarkably fresh.

Serve this wine slightly chilled (16 to 18°C) with a delicious braised veal sweetbread or roasted duck breasts stuffed with fresh foie gras.
