Elegant dark crimson robe. The nose exudes aromas of wild strawberry and raspberry with hints of vanilla extract and some mineral notes. On the palate it is elegant, with wild red fruit flavours as well as hints of spice.

Serve this wine slightly chilled (16 to 18°C) with a crusted beef filet with mushrooms or a venison stew in its “Périgueux” sauce.
